I’m making “Carrot and Celeriac Soup” for dinner tonight because that’s what’s in season now and that’s what’s in my fridge! I’m loosely following the linked recipe above but, since it is measured in grams and I’m not a precise direction following person, I’m just roughing it. Equal measure of carrots and celeriac — that much I can understand.

What about the vegetable or chicken stock? KALE WATER, B&TCHES!
