East Windsor PAL Junior Little League Division Captures First State Championship Title

East Windsor PAL (Police Athletic League) Junior Little League Division has captured their first State Championship Title. The team will now compete for the Eastern Region Championship Tournament, which begins in Freehold, NJ, from Friday August 5th-10th.  
The East Windsor team has remained undefeated through District 12 and Section 3 and also NJ states. Their record is a perfect 8-0.  The boys battled from behind in their final at-bat to beat Neptune NJ and win the Section 3 tournament. Then, the boys went 3-0 in the State Tournament defeating great teams from Ridgewood, NJ and West Deptford, NJ.

The team is made up of boys from East Windsor ages (12-14):  William Auker, Dan Brady, Michael Caniano, Ethan Busa, Nicholas Feretic, Colin DeTrolio, Andrew Luczak, Brian Mikita, Jonathan Drews, Jake Meneskie, Ben Simon, Jared Stillwagon, Luke Vista. The team is coached by, Tom Meneskie, Brian Auker, Kraig Luczak, Derek Stillwagon.

The East Windsor boys appreciate everyone’s support and hope to see lots of fans in Freehold cheering them all the way up!
