Last week, MercerMe reported about Hopewell Township having received the first, of likely multiple requests from a land developer to join the affordable housing process as it unfolds. The letter was from Deer Valley Realty, LLC.  To read the article, check out: “Developer Gets in Line for Affordable Housing in Hopewell Township.”

I reported that Deer Valley owns 160 acres in the Dublin Road area but, more accurately, a bulk of the 166.84 acres is on and off of Scotch Road on Nursery Road. Below please find maps I created from Hopewell Township tax maps based on Deer Valley’s block and lot information.
