During this time, Pennington-Rocky Hill Road will be available to local residents and for emergency access but will be closed to through-traffic. A detour will be posted with westbound motorists directed to turn left onto Elm Ridge Road, right onto Carter Road, right onto Cold Soil Road, right onto Blackwell Road, right onto Federal City Road to Pennington Rocky Hill Road. Eastbound traffic would be directed to follow the same route conversely. The roadway will be open to traffic at all other times.
