Drank a whole bottle of wine on Saturday with pizza (and half a bottle on Friday — note post about my excessiveness in all things). Ate a lot of pizza the following day to stave off a hangover and consumed a whole bottle of Mexican coke. GymBuddyTara chastised me for self-sabotage. She’s right. This week, I kept that in mind. Self-sabotage is passé. Very late 1990’s. So, I logged in MyFitnessPal everyday this week. Making small changes and improvements.

I’d love to hear how your week was!

  1. Finished week 6 of C25K this week.

Have lost at least 20 lbs since June (not weighing myself often. Once in June at the Dr. and once a couple of weeks ago when the kid made me). Fitting into pants that, until now, I’d wondered why I bought. Strangest of all, the weird little man breasts I’ve had since high school are almost beginning to take on the appearance of honest-to-god pectoral muscles … in the right light.

Thanks for being part of my inspiration, Mary & Merritt!

  2. Congrats Chris!!! That is awesome.

Fitting into long forgotten clothes is one my biggest joys. Just this week, I unearthed a raincoat that hadn’t fit me last rainy season and now it fits OVER A SWEATER.

    So glad we’re an inspiration.
