Avoiding Burnout: Tips for Small Shop Fundraisers
Sep 17, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Lauren Ronaghan, WID Mercer Board Member and Program Coordinator at the Old Barracks Museum, Trenton will lead this month’s roundtable discussion.
How are we handling burnout? When your towering to-do list, limited resources, lean staff, and – oh, don’t forget, there’s a global pandemic – make you feel like there’s no way you can stay focused on your tasks, you likely feel you just can’t do it all.
Join this support session to learn some tricks on mitigating damage when burnout happens and avoiding it in the future. You’ll have the opportunity to share your own challenges and suggested methods of maintaining a positive work environment.
This roundtable will focus primarily on burnout in the workplace, but now that so many people have blended home and workplaces, this will naturally include general feelings of burnout due to our current “new normal”.
When you register, please complete the form with questions or topics you would like addressed. Roundtables are a member only benefit, please renew for the 2020 – 21 season, before signing up for roundtables.
The roundtable is open to WID Mercer members only and will be held on Thursday, September 17 at 12 pm. Register online: https://widmercer.org/site/event/september-roundtable-burnout-strategies-for-handling-our-new-normal/
WID MERCER – A Member Organization
As we head into our new membership year we will be offering programs at no cost to our members. As a volunteer run organization the income we generate allows us to cover our expenses, while our board work to provide quality programs, networking opportunities and job listings for our valued members. We are offering one level of membership this year, at a rate of only $50. This will give access to our monthly roundtables, first access to job postings, the ability to post jobs at no cost (a $75 value) and access to our membership list.
Thank you in advance and please secure your membership first, in order to register for roundtables
