Brown Bag Lunch with Police Director Karmazin (virtual)

October 1 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

The Older Adult Ministry Committee of the Pennington Presbyterian Church will open the fall season of Brown Bag Lunch Programs on October 1 at 1pm on Zoom. The speaker is Robert A. (Bob) Karmazin, director of the Hopewell Township Police Department which serves Hopewell Township and Hopewell Borough. Karmazin will discuss what this position involves, how it differs from the position of police chief, what the major issues are facing the Township’s Police Department right now, and what he foresees for the future, short term, and long term.

Karmazin will also share some ideas of how people, especially seniors, can be more vigilant about their own personal safety, both when they are out and about and when they are dealing with phone calls and online matters.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions. The program is open to people of all ages. Please contact the church office, 609-737-1221, x10 to register and receive the Zoom link. We will begin to gather virtually at 12:45pm. The one-hour program will begin promptly at 1pm.
