Creative Aging Workshop: Movement with Michael (virtual)

Join Michael Sazonov, Teaching Artist, Performer and Theatre Maker, Thursday, August 4, 2:30 pm as he guides participants in experiencing the joys and benefits of movement and music. Movement with Michael fosters a safe and creative environment for all participants, no matter your level of skill or experience, because his class is rooted in a sense of play, pleasure, and fun. Through dance, exercise, and creative movement, participants will tap into their own creativity and joy. This program is made possible through the New Jersey State Council on the Arts via a grant provided by the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies in partnership with E.A. Philanthropies.
