Heart Health and Knowing Your Risk (virtual)

Katherine Dombrowski from Penn Medicine Princeton Health, Community Wellness and Engagement, provides a cardiac care overview, including ways to monitor risk factors for men and women, as well as tips for incorporating prevention and nutrition strategies for a healthy heart. This program, on Tuesday, September 20, 3pm, is provided via Penn Medicine Princeton Health’s Community Wellness Outreach.
