Pollinators, Food, and Climate Change
April 12 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Our native pollinators are essential to our food production and a vital part of the layered structure that maintains a healthy and diverse ecosystem. On Monday, April 12, 7 – 8pm, Judith K. Robinson, a Native Plant Garden Designer, will explain how pollinators, food, and climate change are linked and what actions you can take, right in your own backyard, to protect pollinators while also producing healthful food. Transform your property into a garden that is beautiful, supports our pollinators, provides habitat, and requires less maintenance by using perennial native flowers, bushes, ground covers, and trees. Judith K. Robinson has been involved in studying the relationship between soil biology and plant health since her first organic food garden.
Registration with an email is required, so we can send you a link to connect through GoToMeeting. You will receive the link approximately 24 hours before the program.
