Looking to beat the January blahs? On January 29 from 1-2pm, Chef Mario Mangone, owner of Chambers Walk Cafe in Lawrenceville, who trained at the Culinary Institute of America, is back offering another virtual cooking class with a new menu! Chef Mario will teach us to prepare a restaurant quality, three course meal at home and offer cooking tips and suggestions as he cooks. The menu will include a citrus vinaigrette, pasta with anchovies*, breadcrumbs, & capers, and biscotti. Recipes will be provided before the event. To get the most out of the event, it is best to watch Chef Mario while taking notes, and prepare your meal later. There will be an opportunity to submit questions and win door prizes at the live virtual event. A video will be provided to all registrants after the event. Click here to register
Attendees described last year’s cooking demonstration with Chef Mario as “excellent,” “amazing,” “fun,” and “invaluable!” Click here if you would like to purchase and view last year’s class!
* If you are not a fan of anchovies substitutions will be suggested.
