The series began October 1 and you can join any week. \nThe classes are based on the books ‘How to Solve Our Human Problems’ and ‘Modern Buddhism’ by Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. They offer practical advice on how to change our world by changing our mind. Each class includes guided meditation and a short talk. The series suits anyone looking for solutions to the problems of everyday life\, and practitioners of all faiths are welcome. \nNo previous meditation experience is necessary.
