On January 30, 2017 at 6:46am, Lawrence Township Police Department received several 911 calls reporting a two car motor vehicle crash along Princeton Pike north of Lewisville Road.
The two vehicles involved were found off the roadway. One driver operating a small sedan was pronounced deceased at the scene. The second driver operating a pickup truck had to be extricated from the vehicle by Fire and EMS. The second driver was taken to Capital Health Regional Fuld for treatment. Preliminary investigation indicates the pickup truck was travelling northbound on Princeton pike while the sedan was traveling southbound on Princeton Pike.
The crash is still under investigation at this time by Ofc. Shaun Carroll, Det. Joseph Radlinsky and the Mercer County Prosecutors Office Serious Collision unit. If anyone witnessed the crash, please contact Lawrence Township Police at 609-896-1111.
