Hopewell Township to host public information meeting on affordable housing litigation

After having recently reached a settlement of its Third Round Affordable Housing obligations, covering the period from 1999 to 2025, Hopewell Township will be conducting a public information meeting on the Township’s settlement of its Third Round affordable housing litigation.

The meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at 7 p.m. at the Auditorium of the Hopewell Valley Central High School located at 259 Pennington Titusville Road in Pennington, N.J.

All residents are invited to and encouraged to attend. The information session will be moderated by Mount Laurel Special Master and Hopewell Township resident Phil Caton, PP, FAICP and Hopewell Township Administrator/Engineer Paul Pogorzelski, P.E.

The information session seeks to provide general background information on municipalities’ Mount Laurel obligations, to address resident’s questions regarding the settlement and the future impact of the settlement on Hopewell Township.
