Halloween Festivities
It is my pleasure to provide you with this weekly update. We look forward to the approaching week and the Halloween festivities that our staff, parents and leadership team have been planning for our students. We appreciate the support of all of our PTOs and parents who have worked so hard to make these events fun and safe for everyone. As a reminder, we are requiring that all participants (students and parents) wear masks during the Halloween festivities both inside and outside and that we all socially distance as best as we can. We thank you for your support and I look forward to seeing all of the creative costumes and decorations that  each school comes up with.

COVID-19 Testing Now Available for Enrolled Students
Mirimus Testing is now available weekly on Tuesday afternoons, from 2:30pm-5:00pm, starting this Tuesday, October 26th, in the office behind the Transportation department at the rear of the Administration Building at 425 S. Main Street. There is a door off of the parking lot for ease of entrance.  We will post a sign to help direct you to the location. We are asking parents and guardians to please not park behind the gated area, as they may get stuck behind buses or other maintenance vehicles when trying to leave.

Participants will need to complete this electronic Enrollment and Consent form at least one day prior to arrival in order to be tested. This is an optional clinic that enrolled students can use on a voluntary basis to have ease of access to free testing. Mirimus will ask for proof of insurance, however, there is an opt-out option if you do not want to provide it or do not have health insurance. This will not preclude you from access to the free testing for your child. Test results are expected to be back in 24 hours. Mirimus was only able to offer the district one time slot once a week so we have done our best to coordinate between the middle and high school dismissal times. Parents/Guardians do not have to use these services; this is just another option that is available for your use. Stay safe and enjoy your weekend.
