Hopewell Valley Democratic Club Supports Blake for Hopewell Township Committee
Hopewell Township needs Deputy Mayor Julie Blake, who is up for re-election to the Hopewell Township Committee on November 6. You might not know Julie personally, but we do, and we know that your concerns are her concerns when it comes to our hometown. Julie and her husband, David, raised their two children in their home in Brandon Farms, and they’ve both dedicated their careers to making sure other people’s kids have positive role models, Julie as a high school counselor and David as a college professor. Local Resident Disch Supports Blake for Township Committee
I have been a local realtor, a small business owner, and a member of the Hopewell Valley Economic Development commission for ten years and a resident here for more than thirty years. In the last several years, I have had the pleasure of getting to know Julie Blake and I am frequently blown away by what a calm, considerate, and thoughtful person Julie is. Reading the Code, Affordable Housing
For months, I have explained the case against Hopewell Township’s stand on affordable housing. I maintain that the township’s misguided approach on Pennytown stripped our affordable housing fund.
