Saturday, May 27th

Hopewell Township Memorial Day Ceremony

Time: 11am

Location: Woolsey Park (formerly known as Alliger Park)

Information: Bring your lawn chairs to this rain or shine event (tent will be provided). There will be a flyover, dove release, military static displays, and unveiling of bricks. Event will be uniform appropriate.

 

Lawrence Township Memorial Day Parade and Service

Time: 10am

Location: Begins at Lawrence High School, walking down Princeton Pike North, Darrah Lane, and finishes at Lawrence Veteran Park.

Information: A memorial service will be conducted at the park. Veterans, neighborhood groups, clubs, teams, schools, youth groups, drumlines, bands, and non-profit organizations are encouraged to participate. Click here to sign up.

 

Spirit of Princeton

Time: 10am

Location: Corner of Princeton Avenue and Nassau St. and goes to Princeton Monument Hall (1 Monument Drive or 45 Stockton St. in Princeton).

Information: There will be a short ceremony at the hall at 11am. Veterans are encouraged to be in the parade. E-mail Mark Freda, (SOP Vice Chair / Media / PR) for more information.  Open to all. Click for more information.

 

Trenton Pork Roll Fest

Time: 10am-10pm

Location:100 South Broad Street.

Information: A day of live music, children’s events, food, merchandise vendors, the 4th Annual Pork Roll Queen Pageant, recipe contest, and more. A limited amount of advance tickets are available for $5/each. Children under 10 are free!  For tickets, click here.

Sunday, May 28th

Hopewell Borough Memorial Day Parade

Time: 1pm

Location: From Taylor Terrace, the parade will march east on Broad Street and will end at Hopewell Elementary School with a ceremony.

Monday, May 29th

(Hamilton) Groveville Fire Company Parade

Start time: 8:00am

Location: Begins at South Broad Street and Sunnybrae Boulevard, Continues Down Church Street, and ends at Main Street at the Groveville United Methodist Church.

Information: At the end of the parade, there will be a ceremony at the church cemetery.

 

(Hamilton) Nottingham Fire Company Parade 

Start time: 10:30am

Location:Begins at Weston Avenue, Continues Down Nottingham Way to Coleman Road, and Ends at Nottingham Fire Company

Information: To participate in the parade, contact the Nottingham Fire Department @ 609-890-9834. All participants are welcome to stay at the firehouse for refreshments following the parade.

 

Hightstown-East Windsor Parade

Time: 9am

Location: Begins at Stockton Street and finishes at the VFW on Dutch Neck Road.

 

Pennington Memorial Day Parade

Time:  Approximately 10am

Location:  RAIN OR SHINE, parade starts between Baldwin Street and Ingleside on South Main Street, walking down South Main Street to Delaware Avenue where it stops at intersection to play Taps and lay a memorial wreath in honor of veterans. The parade will proceed left on West Delaware Avenue, and ends at Green Street playing field.

West Windsor Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony

Time: 11am

Location: Begins at West Windsor-Plainsboro High School, South

Information: Ceremony begins at 12pm, following the parade, at the West Windsor Municipal Complex corner of Clarksville Road and North Post Road. To participate, click here.
