The Sound Sirens conclude with a  Sound Journey following the Ecstatic Dance which highlights the spinning prowess of DJ and musician KAELLUM (Callum McQueen of Portland Oregon), and producer musician artist Paul Patterson of EARTH EPHECT.

For those wondering what is Ecstatic Dance? It is a Family-Friendly ALL-ages Free-Form Conscious Dance event which has been around for several decades – influenced and inspired perhaps by Woodstock Festival of the 60s – dances are typically outdoors and barefoot – with musical global rhythms and bass inspiring and propelling participants towards mindful presence, joy, catharsis and eventually deep meditation. Ecstatic Dance is substance free – no alcohol, no drugs, no substances permitted. Adnan Shamsi, one of the organizers and founder of the yoga studio Fyrefly says, “Ecstatic Dance is free form dancing and free-style movement, it’s all about feeling the floor barefoot, getting grounded and releasing held emotion – we welcome playfulness and even howling! We expect to see Flow Artistes, Spinning Arts, and Aerial Play all at RainbowMoon Fest, and LOTS of ball bouncing.”

For registration – Ticket Prices range from $10 advance tickets ($20 at door) for admission for the daytime portion of the event and $25 advance tickets ($35 at door) for the evening concert and dance. Full day tickets range are $30 advanceand $40 at the door, with family ticketing options available.

Submitted by Glenmoore Farm, which is owned by Mike Ellery and Anne Nixon-Ellery, the hosts of this event – the farm features bucolic scenery on the edge of the Hopewell Valley Watershed Trail, with a pristine pond and lands which house rescued farm animals and fowl.
