December 19-24, 7-8:30pm Living Nativity in front of the Calvary Baptist Church. Each of the Hopewell Council of Churches will present a different
night.

December 22 at 7pm the Hopewell community is invited to a carol sing by the Living Nativity. There will be hot chocolate and cookies to share, carols to sing and a special guest for the children. All are welcome.

December 21 (the longest night of the year) at 7pm we will be hosting our annual Blue Christmas worship – a service of hope and remembrance

Christmas Eve Candlelight service. The evening begins with gathering music at 6:45pm and leads into the family friendly worship service at 7pm. Join us for special guests, special music, the Christmas story, carol singing and a candlelight Christmas celebration. Bring a friend!

December 29 – 5th Sunday Communion breakfast. Come join us for a light breakfast (including fresh bagels and omelets for my first five customers!) and a celebration of favorite Christmas carols and communion. Breakfast begins at 9:30. Worship begins at 10am. Join us and bring your Christmas guests with you!

The Hopewell United Methodist Church will hold its Christmas Eve candlelight service on Tuesday, Dec. 24, at 5pm. The focus of the family-friendly service is on “The Greatest Gift” and will include special music and carols. Nursery care will available, if parents would like that option.

Saint George Church will continue its tradition of celebrating Christmas Mass at Midnight on the Delaware. The Mass at Midnight marks the birth of Jesus and will be celebrated with the singing of carols, ringing of bells, and the celebration of the Eucharist. You are invited to plan now to join the community with your family, friends and
neighbors at midnight or at one of the other Christmas celebrations.

December 22 We will be caroling in the Village of Titusville, gathering in the church basement at 6pm. Hot chocolate will be served after.

Christmas Eve worship is at 6pm.

We have our annual Advent Food Drive where we collect non-perishable food items for the food pantry of the West Trenton Community Center, Stuyvesant Avenue in Trenton.

On Christmas Day we help serve Christmas dinner at the West Trenton Community Center from Noon to 3pm.

December 22, 10am Come join us for a participatory nativity pageant during our family Christmas service. Only a few roles are cast in advance of the service, the rest of the at least 27 participants (including shepherds, stars, kings, and animals) take part as the story is told. Everyone is invited to sing carols and imagine that they are in Bethlehem 2020 years ago. Guests are welcome to participate.
