by MercerMe Staff

Nearly 300 people attended the Stony Brook-Millstone Watershed Association’s FEST, on Saturday, October 13, dressed in poodle skirts, “Grease” costumes and other attire for the 50’s themed gala.

The annual event, held at the Watershed Center and 950-acre Reserve, raised a record $130,000 to support the Watershed’s mission to keep water clean, safe, and healthy in central New Jersey.

State and local politicians, corporate and individual sponsors, board members, FEST committee members and others attended the event.

The Stony Brook-Millstone Watershed Association is dedicated to keeping Central New Jersey’s water clean, safe and healthy. Founded in 1949, the Watershed Association protects and restores water and the environment through conservation, advocacy, science and education.
