Let’s Get Physical: Engaging in Simple Muscle-Building Activities is a virtual program on Wednesday, June 5, 1pm hosted by the Mercer County Library System.
Don’t forget to engage in muscle-building activities this summer! Join Ricardo Kairios, from Rutgers Family and Community Health Sciences, to learn the benefits of muscle-building activities and simple movements you can do at home. During the session, Ricardo will provide a brief overview of the importance of engaging in muscle-building activities, examples of activities that incorporate various muscles throughout the body, and tips for adding these activities to your weekly routine. Ricardo is an Assistant Professor with Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Mercer County. Please visit www.mcl.org to register to receive the link to program.
