Pennington Fire Company Hosts 5th Annual Car Show, Winners Announced

The Pennington Fire Company hosted its 5th annual Car Show on Sunday, October 13. This fundraising event has become a favorite with car enthusiasts from the Hopewell Valley area. The funds raised help support the Pennington Fire Company’s firefighting efforts.

The 5th annual car show awards are as follows:

  • Best inf Show: James Situta 1932 Ford 3-window
  • Best domestic: Bob Martel 1951 Mercury Monterey
  • Best import: Juergen Rahtz BMW z1
  • Best truck: Sal commanding 1979 Chevy c-10
  • Furthest traveled: Lee Moody 1965 Ford Mustang
  • Best hot rod: Mario Serinese 1934 Ford 2-window coupe
  • Best truck runner-up: Colonial Fire Company 1933 fire truck
  • Best domestic runner-up: Carl Christiansen 1957 Chevy 150
  • Best import runner-up: Peter Riccardi 1977 Datsun 280z
  • Best mopar: Tim Marlo 1979 Dodge Dart
  • Best GM: Christian Martel 1967 Chevy Chevelle gasser
  • Best ford: Andrew Vandorin 1952 Ford F3
  • Best 4×4: the Gale Family 1955 Willy’s station wagon
  • Oldest: Charlie Hunt 1929 Ford Roadster convertible
  • Oddball: James Artfinch 1995 Ford Ranger SPLASH
