This class is one example in a diverse practice that engages us socially, cognitively, creatively & physically. Taught by a former professional dancer that has worked with different populations throughout the years, Shirin has in more recent years focused on the wellness of the senior population. We’ll move creatively and have some mindful play while having fun at the same time. Registration is required at redlibrary.org/events!
