Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku) is an ancient practice that invites you to immerse your senses in a wooded environment to enhance peace and well-being. In this workshop, we will explore the history and background of this meditative tradition while engaging in reflective nature-connection activities such as creative journaling, art, poetry, and ritual. You’ll also receive guidance on how to mindfully venture into the woods to establish your own personal forest bathing practice. Registration is required.
