Join the Lawrence HQ Branch Library on Monday, March 27, at 2pm to hear Mariah Fredericks discuss her latest novel, The Lindbergh Nanny, and the rewards and challenges of writing fiction about a true crime. Fredericks will discuss the deep research she did on the kidnapping itself, how she pieced together the life and thoughts of the nanny Betty Gow, the dynamics of the Lindbergh household, and what’s true and what’s not in her critically acclaimed novel.

She is the author of the Jane Prescott mystery series, which has twice been nominated for the Mary Higgins Clark Award.
