Workshop: Fall Prevention 

Statistically 1 in 4 older adults over the age of 65 fall every year. As we age, our risk of falling increases. In this workshop on Tuesday, October 22, 2pm at Hopewell Branch Library, we will discuss 1) why older adults have a higher risk factor for falls; 2) what are the risk factors for falls; 3) how to decrease your risk of falls; 4) how to increase your balance; and 5) what to do if you do fall.
