The Titusville River Rats were in their glory at the 80th iteration of the village’s 4th of July Parade. It was hot and rain threatened, but that did not stop the throngs of people there to cheer on the baby parade, the bike parade, the mummers, and the big parade. Root beer floats were served, quoits were played, and a great time was had by all. (Most photos are by Mike Chipowsky with a few by other contributors).
