Pennington Arboretum – Clean Up

by Community Contributor

Pennington has acquired the small woods behind Tollgate Grammar School and is in the early stages of cleaning it up and preparing to be an inviting place where residents can relax while learning more about our local plants. The next step is to remove the invasive species from a third of an acre area that will become a native plant garden.

The Pennington Environmental Commission is looking for residents and other friends of open space to help them remove the invasives on the four Saturdays of June from 9am to 11am.
