Good Grief Spring Institute 2026: Holding Space for Grief

Good Grief invites educators, mental health professionals, caregivers, and community members to its annual Spring Institute on Saturday, March 14, 2026.

This year’s theme, “Holding Space for Grief,” explores how we support children, teens, and families experiencing loss — especially when we can’t fix what has happened.

The day includes a keynote address by nationally recognized grief expert Donna Schuurman, interactive workshops across three tracks (Professional, Facilitator, and our brand-new Grief Curious community track), and a powerful lived-experience panel titled “What Helped, What Didn’t.”

Participants will leave with practical tools, research-based insights, and a deeper understanding of what truly helps grieving individuals over time.

Continuing Education credits are pending approval.
