Korean Hanji Joomchi Paper Collage with Local Artisan Sandy Bonasera

Participants will tear or cut multiple pieces of colored Mulberry paper and layer to create a composition. The paper is wet and manipulated to fuse fibers together to create a beautiful, colorful, unique sheet of paper. Then the paper can be used for painting, printmaking, journaling, scrapbooking or unique gift wrap! Participants will create one flat sheet and one small vessel within the time for the class.
No experience or specific skills needed!
Participants are asked to bring a spray bottle and a hair dryer to use for the class.
