Poetry Workshop: Little Books for Little Poems

Calling writers, ages 10-110! Discover your inner poet! Come write a little poem and make a little origami book to fold it in on Saturday, April 13, 2:00 – 3:30 pm at MCL – Hopewell Branch Library at 245 Pennington-Titusville Road, Pennington, NJ 08534. Bring a buddy or friend, older or younger, to write a poem with you. About the workshop leader: Lois Marie Harrod has conducted many workshops in poetry for children, teenagers and adults in her long life as poet, writer and educator. Her recent publications include her 18th poetry collection Spat (Finishing Line Press, 2021) and her chapbook Woman (Blue Lyra, 2020). A Dodge poet, she is published in literary journals and online ezines from America Poetry Review to Zone 3.
