Help Shape Pennington’s Community Energy Plan

by Community Contributor

Pennington residents are invited to help guide the borough’s energy future by participating in a short community survey launched by the Pennington Environmental Commission.

The Commission recently received a Sustainable Jersey grant, funded by the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, to develop a Community Energy Plan. The effort will assess current household energy use, identify barriers to upgrades, and understand resident priorities related to energy efficiency, electrification, and sustainability.

Community members are asked to complete a 15-question survey that takes approximately 10–12 minutes. Responses will directly inform recommendations the Environmental Commission develops as part of the plan.

As a thank-you, participants may optionally enter a random drawing for a $10 Terra Momo gift voucher, courtesy of Terra Momo.

Residents can complete the survey here:

The deadline to participate is Sunday, March 8.

The Environmental Commission encourages all residents to take part so the plan reflects the needs and priorities of the community.
