The Hopewell Valley Chorus will open its fall season with two free, open rehearsals on Monday, Sept. 8, and Monday, Sept. 15, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Interested singers are invited to join Artistic Director Brian Clissold as he introduces the ensemble’s new-season repertoire. No auditions are required.
Rehearsals take place in the Martini Center for Music, Arts, and Community (MMAC) at The Pennington School, 112 W. Delaware Ave., Pennington, NJ 08534.
The Hopewell Valley Chorus is a non-auditioned community choir that welcomes singers of all experience levels; the ability to read music is not required. The ensemble emphasizes healthy vocal pedagogy and performs a varied, engaging repertoire. The fall season begins after Labor Day and the spring season begins in January. The first two rehearsals of each season are open and free for prospective members. Seasonal dues are $75 per member.
