The Hopewell Valley tactical rescue team honed their ice rescue skills this weekend at the Hopewell Valley YMCA’s Reed Road pond. The team, consisting of members of Hopewell Valley volunteer fire companies and emergency services, regularly trains to respond to emergencies across Hopewell Valley. The air temperature during the drill was 11 degrees
