Log-In / FAQ

Having trouble logging in? We’ve got your covered.

If you are a subscriber but have trouble accessing your subscription, please try the following steps. If they are not successful, please contact us!

1. Your account information
Click the little MercerMe bubble in the corner of your screen to access your account and payment information.
2. Am I “logged in” or “logged out”?
If you don’t have a problem, don’t worry about it! 🙂

If you encounter prompts on MercerMe to subscribe, register, or read more, you’re “logged out.” You may also see a prompt to “Join or Log In” if you are not logged in.

3. Log in = Magic Link
When you are prompted, please re-enter the email address associated with your subscription. You will receive your Magic Link from mercerme@pico.support at that address.

Click the Magic Link and… VOILA! You’re logged back in!

4. Still Stuck?
Didn’t get a Magic Link? Please check your spam folder.
