Mercer County Library Announces Summer Reading Program

by Community Contributor

The Mercer County Library System (MCLS) is excited to announce its 2025 Summer Reading Program, “Color Our World,” taking place from June 16 to August 9. This year’s theme invites readers of all ages to explore the joy of reading and the power of stories to bring color, creativity, and connection into our lives.

Designed for children, teens, and adults, the Summer Reading Program offers engaging activities and events that encourage learning, imagination, and fun throughout the summer months. Whether you’re looking to discover new books, participate in interactive programs, or simply enjoy a good story, there’s something for everyone at MCLS!

Please visit your local MCLS branch to register.  Participants can earn rewards and incentives for their reading and enjoy a summer filled with exploration and discovery!

To learn more about the Summer Reading Program, visit www.mcl.org or contact your nearest library branch. Join us this summer and help us Color Our World—one book at a time!
