For six decades, this holiday tradition has drawn families and train lovers from all over America to experience one of the country’s most incredible HO-scale model train layouts. Earlier this year, James “Murr” Murray purchased the home that has housed the Pacific Southern Railway club since 1964, saving Pacific Southern from derailment and ensuring its preservation for future generations—a story recently featured on Good Day NY (watch here; starts at 22:38). This year’s show will continue to raise money to support local fire and EMS departments. To date, Pacific Southern has donated more than $250k to New Jersey emergency services.
