Pennington Borough residents will have two opportunities in the coming days to engage with local government and community planning efforts.
A special meeting of the Pennington Borough Council will take place Monday, March 9 at 7 p.m. to introduce the borough’s 2026 municipal budget. The meeting will be held online and is open to the public.
Council is expected to hold the public hearing and vote on adoption of the budget during its regular meeting on April 6, which will also take place online.
Residents can find Zoom meeting details on the borough website.

Meanwhile, the Pennington Environmental Commission is reminding residents that its Community Energy Survey will close Sunday, March 8.
The survey is part of an effort to gather input from residents, businesses, and community organizations as the commission develops recommendations for a Community Energy Plan for Pennington. More than 100 community members have already participated, according to the commission.
The survey includes 15 questions and takes about 10–12 minutes to complete. Participants may also choose to enter a raffle for a $10 Terra Momo gift voucher.
The commission encourages anyone who lives, works, or operates a business in Pennington to complete the survey before the deadline.
