The Pennington Community Yard Sale, organized by the Pennington Economic Development Commission, will be Saturday, May 3, 2025, 9am-2pm RAIN OR SHINE. There will not be a rain date. All those in the greater Pennington area are invited to participate.
If you are a Pennington resident:
To sell stuff in your yard – Please fill out the form below to register and have your house added to the official yard sale map! The deadline to register is Friday, April 25th.
To sell stuff in your yard with an official yard sale sign — Please fill out this form and then go to Borough Hall with cash/check (made payable to Pennington Borough) for $25. In exchange, the Borough will give you a yard sale sign to display on your property to promote the sale! Signs include the sale’s date, time, and a topper that says “Yard Sale Here”. You are responsible for returning that sign to Borough Hall after the yard sale.
To sell stuff at our Toll Gate “Flea market” — This year we’re trying something new! We will be offering a small flea market area at the Toll Gate circle. If you would like to sell there, you must register on this form, as this is a first come, first served opportunity. Details to follow after registration is complete. Spots will be limited to the first 20 people who request to sell their things at Toll Gate.
If you have items at the end of the yard sale that you no longer want, we have the following suggestions for you:
Bring items to Goodwill on Rt. 31 the next day.
Plan ahead – call Vietnam Vets or another group to schedule a pickup following the yard sale.
To dispose of extra trash, Borough residents can place any large items at the curb with a sticker for Pennington Public Works to pick up on Tuesday, May 6th during the regularly scheduled bulk pickup. If you don’t have these stickers, they can be purchased at Borough Hall.
