Owners of 64 East Broad Street in Hopewell Borough withdrew their application before the Borough Planning Board for site plan approvals and variances/waivers to demolish the existing building (former location of Amy Karyn) and erect a single-story, five subdivided retail use building.

The application was scheduled for continuation at tonight’s Borough Planning Board at 6:30pm. The meeting will still be held at that amended hour and the Planning Board will be hearing, among other matters, a site plan approval application from owners of the property at 71 E. Broad Street (location of “Castoro’s”).
