To the Editor:
Our water service should be clean and affordable for all. As small business owners of Hopewell Fare in Hopewell Borough, my wife and I are proud to serve the community. In an environment where everything is becoming more expensive, we find ourselves with an opportunity to lower our water bills while improving safety of our water. We are customers of American Water in our Hopewell business and the experience there has been, as it should be, without any issues. We think sale of the Hopewell Borough water system to American Water not only makes sense but is an urgent next step.
