Dog Struck, Driver Fled Scene in Pennington

On Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at approximately 4:00 p.m., Officer Leo Friedman of the Pennington Borough Police Department responded to the area of East Delaware Avenue and Abey Drive to investigate a motor vehicle collision involving a dog. Prior to police arrival, an unknown vehicle struck the dog and then fled the scene. Unfortunately, the dog did not survive the collision.
