“From Pain to Ease” Move with Purpose, Live with Joy — June 6 and 7 Mini Retreat
“A nurturing, physio‑guided yoga retreat using research‑backed tools to soften pain, build confidence in your body, and create space for what lights you up.” Join Doctor of Physical Therapy and Fluid Physio founder Dr. Gianna Bigliani, a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, known for her holistic, science-based approach to helping people move freely and return to the activities they love. She partners with Andrea Sacchetti, C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, E-RYT 500, and long-time Princeton-area teacher whose therapeutic, tradition-rooted yoga brings together decades of study, global pilgrimages, and the heart of her own healing journey. Over this two-day mini-retreat, you will experience a unique blend of Eastern and Western wisdom as two seasoned practitioners—one physio, one yoga therapist—come together to help you explore the possible sources and roots of your pain, something that rarely happens in one shared space. Mornings will weave accessible education with yoga practice to gently prepare your body and nervous system, while afternoons deepen into pain science, guided journaling, and reflection, ending the first day with a supportive challenge and the weekend with rhythm and movement to celebrate your personal action plan and your next steps toward living more fully.
