Food Truck Friday Comes Back to Hopewell Boro with More Trucks than Ever

by Mary Galioto
Food Truck Friday in Hopewell Borough has been a bi-annual delicious success since it began in June of 2014 with just 5 food trucks. This time around, food-lovers will have their choice of 10 food trucks offering everything from gourmet lobster rolls to donuts that were rated #3 hottest, by Zagats, of all food trucks nationwide in 2014.
Foodies will flock to Hopewell’s Train station on Friday September 11 from 5pm-9pm for this summer’s final Foodtruck Friday event with the Magnolia Street String Band joining in the fun
To date, the trucks on the line-up are: Antimos Italian Kitchen, Four Daughters Franks, The Empanda Guy, The Tot Cart, Whirly Pig, Surf and Turf Truck, perennial favorite The Taco Truck,  Yummy Food Truck (asian food) Undrground Donuts, and Curbside Creamery.
The event is rain or shine.  Bring your picnic blankets, lawn chairs, and your friends… but please leave your beer and wine at home, as there is no alcohol permitted on the grounds of the train station.
Foodtruck Friday is presented by Hopewell Boro’s Recreation Committee. For more information follow on twitter @FTFHopewell, on Facebook, and at www.foodtruck-friday.com.
