Hopewell Township Committee last week officially approved the appointment of the new Hopewell Senior Services Coordinator, Randi Knechel, who has been serving as interim coordinator, since February 2016, in addition to her position with the Hopewell Township Health Department.
“Randi did an outstanding job as acting Senior Services Coordinator. She has shown intelligence, humanity, energy and a demonstrated ability to work with others,” said Hopewell Valley Senior Board Advisory Chairman Larry Mansier. “The Hopewell Senior Advisory Board looks forward to continuing to work closely with her as all of us move to expand programs, projects and opportunities that will enrich the lives of all senior citizens. There is no doubt that a new and much larger senior center is a top priority.”
