The Art Mercer* will host a town hall information session in response to questions about an upcoming project from the Arc Mercer, on Tuesday, October 1 at 7pm at the Township Municipal Building 201 Washington Crossing-Pennington Road, Titusville, NJ. Participants may attend either in person or join by Zoom to learn about the Arc Mercer’s plans for a 32-acre farm near Mine Road and Route 31 in Hopewell Township.
In an announcement earlier this year, the Arc outlined that the project will include:
- a specialized six-bedroom group home designed to support individuals with behavioral challenges
- a center for vocational programs aimed at introducing individuals to farming, agriculture, and horticulture; and
- a dynamic farmer’s market, showcasing locally grown produce and artisanal goods
“The Arc Mercer’s innovative approach has garnered widespread acclaim, positioning the agency as a pioneer in disability services,” the Arc said in the release. “With a growing waitlist of individuals eager to benefit from its offerings, the expansion comes at a crucial moment in the agency’s history.”
For more information, see the flyer below. The meeting will be hybrid. To attend via Zoom, register here.
