The Hopewell Valley Arts Council’s Amazing Pumpkin Carve transformed Woolsey Park into a spectacular display under the big top between October 11 to 15, 2023. Thousands of visitors gathered to marvel at 31 massive pumpkins, each carved and electrified by some of the area’s most talented artists.
Even a rainy day could not dampen the spirits of Carve enthusiasts. The fun continued under the big top tent, where visitors were wowed by the incredible pumpkin creations despite the wet weather.
“This year’s Amazing Pumpkin Carve was a creative success, showcasing the remarkable talents of our local artists,” said Carol Lipson, Executive Director of the Hopewell Valley Arts Council.
The pumpkins, the stars of the show, were judged by representatives of The Seward Johnson Atelier, Lynn DeClemente Losavio and Emma Vitello.
