A ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the grand opening of Woodmont Forge at Hopewell, a luxury rental community in Hopewell Township on June 17. The event celebrated the unveiling of 300 new residences at the community’s location at 100 Forge Circle, Pennington. The community features a range of contemporary one- and two-bedroom units, some with additional lofts or dens, alongside a collection of lifestyle amenities.

Notable attendees included Hopewell Mayor Courtney Peters-Manning, Deputy Mayor Uma Purandare, Committeepersons David Chait and Kevin Kuchinski, and Chair of the New Jersey Builders Association, Debra Tantleff. Representing Woodmont Properties were Chairman Donald Witmondt, Chief Executive Officer Eric Witmondt, and Executive Vice President Stephen Santola.
