by Community Contributor

The Old Mill Hill Society is excited to host the 59th annual Mill Hill Holiday House Tour on Saturday, December 6, 2025 from 12 pm to 5 pm.

Tickets are $20, available in advance online at trentonmillhill.org/events or the day of at Artworks, with ample free parking within easy walking distance of Mill Hill.

This year’s tour will feature Santa and Mrs. Claus, food trucks, and mixologist, Mia Hart of Keep it Cordial.

Keep It Cordial, founded by Mia Hart, is a premium mobile mixology brand known for her signature mocktails. Mia uses fresh ingredients to craft drinks that are vibrant and unforgettable.

Mill Hill residents will share indoor décor, giving visitors the chance to view beautiful decorations, relax, mingle, and enjoy refreshments.

The tour goes on, rain or shine. From homes with multiple Christmas trees, to the house filled with nutcrackers; decorated gardens to hot cider and cookies, the Mill Hill Holiday House Tour offers a unique streetscape and holiday cheer.

c“Our neighborhood is a special place, and we look forward to sharing our holiday spirit,” said Terry West, Chair of the 2025 Holiday House Tour.  The House Tour started 59 years ago and is Mill Hill’s signature event and a Trenton holiday tradition.

More than 15 homes in the neighborhood will display special decorations, with owners sharing cheerful conversation indoors. Children under 12 may attend at no cost.

With a variety of architectural styles, sizes and ages, Mill Hill’s nineteenth century streetscape is one of the most interesting between New York and Philadelphia. The tour is organized by Mill Hill residents.

Proceeds help finance grants to assist property owners with maintaining the national historic landmark standards.
