Reindeer Lane, Local Holiday Tradition Returns to Hopewell Borough

by Mary Galioto

Hopewell Borough Recreation Committee again is hosting “Reindeer Lane,” a safe, fun shopping environment for children to choose gifts for family and friends all by themselves. Assisted by “Reindeer Helpers,” kids can select and purchase gifts to give for the holiday season. Arranged in sections such as Mom, Dad, Grandpa and Grandma, children will be able to select gift items ranging from $1-15, with most gifts items between $3-5, and each item will be wrapped.

Reindeer Lane Gift Shop will take place on Friday, December 4, 2015 from 3-7 pm at the Hopewell Train Station

Children should bring a list and money in a labeled envelope on the day of the event. Parents can enjoy light refreshments (including hot drinks and cookies), holiday singing, and Santa’s Fire Truck arrival while you wait. Don’t miss it!
